We build the plumbing behind other people’s screens
TKDS MENA is a media-technology company. For most of a decade we have been the layer nobody sees — the replay system in a stadium, the pipeline that carries a camera to a viewer, the platform an academy teaches on. TKDS LMS is that last one, and it is the one we opened up.

How a broadcast company ended up building an LMS
TKDS MENA started in live media: sports production, camera-to-cloud pipelines, replay systems, ad serving. The work taught us one thing very well — delivering video reliably to a lot of people at once is a specialist problem, and everybody underestimates it until it breaks on the night that matters.
Then teachers started asking. Not for broadcast — for something smaller and harder: sell a course, protect the recording, prove a student finished, take money in Egyptian pounds and Gulf riyals, and do all of it in Arabic without the interface falling over.
The tools available were either Western platforms that treated Arabic as a translation afterthought and had no idea what Fawaterk was, or local builds held together with a video host and a WhatsApp group. So we built the thing we would have wanted: a complete platform, bilingual from the first commit, with the video protection our broadcast side already knew how to do.
That is TKDS LMS. It is not a side project — it runs real academies with real revenue, and the same team that ships our media infrastructure ships it.
We tell you what does not work
Our security page has a "not built yet" list. Our video-protection page says out loud that no browser can stop a phone camera. You will get a straight answer even when the straight answer costs us the deal.
Arabic is not a translation layer
The platform was bilingual from the first commit. Direction flips, dates localise, and an admin can add a third language and translate it without a developer. We are an Arab company building for Arab users, and it shows in the details.
Off means invisible
Every feature is a switch, and a switch that is off ships nothing — no menu item, no empty table, no greyed-out button teasing an upsell. Your academy should look like your academy, not like our feature list.
We ship, then we fix it properly
When something breaks we write the test that would have caught it. That is why our release notes read like engineering notes rather than marketing — because they are.
The rest of what we build
TKDS LMS shares its foundations with the media stack next to it. That is why live classes are self-hosted, why the video player has a real quality picker, and why our CAPTCHA runs on our own servers.
TKDS VAR
Cloud-based video assistant replay for live sports — multi-angle, low latency, operated from anywhere.
OTT Pipeline
Camera-to-cloud streaming: ingest, transcode and deliver a live feed to any screen.
Ad Server
Monetisation and ad delivery for media properties, with the reporting that actually settles invoices.
Analytics Platform
Viewer metrics and data intelligence across the media stack.
TKDS LMS
The learning platform this site is about — courses, live classes, exams, certificates, payments and protection.
TKDS CAPTCHA
Our self-hosted, privacy-first CAPTCHA. Built because we did not want to hand every visitor to a third party.
Two offices, one team

If you found us through the LMS but need something else built, ask. These are the disciplines already in the building.
