We would rather split the work than pretend we cover every market
We build in Cairo and Ohio. We are not going to open an office in every country that teaches online — so we work with people who already have the market, the relationships or the implementation muscle.
Reseller
You have distribution — a market, a network, an existing customer base that needs a learning platform.
You do
- Sell TKDS LMS under a commercial agreement
- Own the customer relationship and first-line contact
- Localise the pitch to your market
We do
- Recurring margin on every plan you sell
- Pre-sales support on calls when you want us
- Demo environment and sales material
Implementation
You set systems up for a living — agencies, IT consultancies, ed-tech specialists.
You do
- Onboard academies: branding, curriculum migration, gateway setup, staff training
- Be the first call when a client needs a change
We do
- Referral commission on the plans you bring
- Direct engineering access when something is genuinely stuck
- Early access to release notes
Technology
You build something an academy also needs — a payment gateway, a student information system, an assessment tool.
You do
- Build and maintain the integration on your side
- Support your own product
We do
- Work with you on the module, and ship it through the add-on system
- List the integration where customers will find it
What we expect, plainly
- 1
Do not oversell it. Our own pages list what we have not built. If you promise DRM we do not have or a certification we do not hold, we will end the agreement.
- 2
Know the product. A partner who cannot run a demo without us is not a partner; they are a lead.
- 3
Support your customers first. You are the first line. We are the second, and we answer fast when you escalate.
Partner questions
- Is there a fee to become a partner?
No. There is no joining fee and no minimum commitment. We would rather have five partners who sell than fifty who signed a form.
- Can I white-label the platform as my own product?
Academies get full white-label branding as standard. Reselling the platform under your own product name is a separate commercial conversation — possible, but it needs a real agreement rather than a checkbox.
- What margin do resellers get?
It depends on volume and on whether you handle first-line support. We will give you a real number on the first call rather than making you fill in a form to find out.
- Do you take partners outside MENA?
Yes. The product is bilingual and the platform is region-agnostic; our Ohio office exists partly for exactly this.
Think there is a fit?
Tell us your market and what you already sell. We will tell you honestly whether we are useful to each other.
